Ana Luísa Guimarães participates in a Webinar on the National Railway Plan

Next 29 September, the Portuguese Associação Portuguesa para o Desenvolvimento dos Sistemas Integrados de Transportes (ADFERSIT) promotes the last session of the cycle of Webinars dedicated to the debate on the several pillars that constitute the National Railway Plan. Ana Luísa Guimarães, partner of SÉRVULO's Public Law Department, will participate, together with Sérgio Soares, CEO of Transdev Portugal and Spain, and a representative of the Spanish National Commission for Markets and Competition, in the debate on the Regulatory Pillar, which aims to clarify the principles of market operation and the philosophy of the instruments and incentives to be used to achieve the intended strategic model, essential for a clear and transparent regulatory policy. The panel will be chaired by José Manuel Viegas, Full Professor.

Taking place online, this initiative is part of a cycle of 5 e-Conferences whose purpose is to obtain a position on the guiding principles that should underpin the future National Railway Plan whose objectives and preparation process were presented by the Government on 19 April.
