Ana Filipa Morais Antunes launches Review of Articles 70 to 81 of Portuguese Civil Code

Ana Filipa Morais Antunes, External Counsel at SÉRVULO and tutor at the Lisbon Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, published a Review of Articles 70 to 81 of the Portuguese Civil Code.

The articles relate to personality rights, a very current subject, considering these times that are characterized by an intense and immediate legal traffic that oftentimes neglects the protection of personality and human dignity.

The work is mainly aimed at those interested in the subject matter, including students, jurists, lawyers and magistrates.
