Alexandra Valpaços, a lawyer in SÉRVULO’s Litigation and Arbitration department, contributed to the December issue of the Bar Association Bulletin dedicated to Consumer Law.

The article is entitled “Access to Justice and the Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes” and addresses the issue of resolving consumer disputes through alternatives to the judicial court route. These include arbitration and mediation, which the government has recently promoted as being more effective and less costly solutions for consumers.
