Alberto Saavedra participates in the III Competition Congress in Portugal

On November 27, the III Competition Congress in Portugal will take place, an initiative promoted by ICC Portugal aimed at offering diverse perspectives through five sessions featuring judges, journalists, lawyers, and companies. The sessions will address current topics in the field of Competition Law in Portugal.

 

Alberto Saavedra, a partner in the European and Competition Law department at SÉRVULO, will join the 5th session, dedicated to the topic “Public and Private Enforcement in Portugal”, alongside Efigénia Marabuto Tavares, Senior Lawyer at PRA, Miguel Sousa Ferro from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, Rita Aleixo Gregório, Partner at PLMJ, and Luís Fontaine Campos, Associate Director at Frontier Economics. The debate will be moderated by Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro, Partner at VdA.
