AGMVM presents a regulatory package for investment funds and credit taxation

On 11 November, the General Auditor of the Securities Market presented its Regulatory Package for Investment Funds and Securitisation. This normative package aims to make the investment funds market more dynamic and regulate the legal framework for credit securitisation, by taking advantage of recent advances on the international front and the natural adaptation of these to the Cape Verdean context.
