Today the 9th National Congress on Electronic Public Procurement takes place at the School of Work and Business Studies (ISCTE - Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa), from 9:30 to 18:30. SÉRVULO is once again one of the sponsors of the event, which, this year, focused on the theme of Evolution in Forming Public Contracts: New Procedures, Regulation and Arbitration in Public Procurement.
