5th Luso-Brazilian Public Law Colloquium in honour of José Manuel Sérvulo Correia

The 5th Luso-Brazilian Public Law Colloquium is being held today at FDUL's Amphitheatre 9 in honour of Sérvulo & Associados founding partner José Manuel Sérvulo Correia, on the theme of ‘Updating and codifying administrative procedure’.
Like the four previous initiatives, the colloquium brings together Brazilian and Portuguese jurists and academics to debate relevant issues in both countries. Professor Sérvulo Correia is being honoured for his unique contribution to the subject of administrative procedure throughout his career, as well as for his commitment to bringing the Portuguese and Brazilian academies closer together.
The scientific coordination of the initiative is the responsibility of Professors Carla Amado Gomes, Ana Fernanda Neves, from FDUL and Eurico Bitencourt Neto, from UFMG.
Sérvulo's Public Law partner and FDUL Professor Pedro Fernández Sánchez will also be moderating the fourth panel on Administrative procedure and legal certainty.
