5th Electronic Public Procurement Congress analyses the implications of the Troika on economic growth

What changes the Troika will bring to Electronic Public Procurement and how to promote electronic growth and internationalisation are two of the main issues being debated at the 5th Electronic Public Procurement Congress which takes place on November 16 at the auditorium of the Dentistry Faculty of the University of Lisbon. Prof. Sérvulo Correia will be present at the opening ceremony. The following session is dedicated to the demands for change in the memorandum of understanding in the context of public procurement, at which Prof. Rui Medeiros will be present, and who, together with Prof. Luís Valadares Tavares, will be debating the evolution of the legal framework of public procurement in Portugal in the context of the programme for financial assistance.
