The 4th Public Procurement Congress, an initiative promoted by the Almedina Academy, will take place on 20 and 21 March, and is intended to be a moment of reflection and debate on the latest developments and main trends in public procurement, both in terms of legislation and court decisions, under the coordination of Pedro Costa Gonçalves. 

SÉRVULO's Public Law team will take part in this initiative with an intervention by Jorge Faria Lopes on 20 March, on the subject of «Procurement planning and preliminary market consultation».
