2nd Colloquium: The Courts, Law and Legislation

The Private Law Research Centre at the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law will hold its “2nd Colloquium: The Courts, Legislation and Law” from 7 to 8 November. The event will be coordinated by António Menezes Cordeiro and João Pedro Charters Marchante.
Founding Partner of SÉRVULO and Emeritus Professor at the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law, José Manuel Sérvulo Correia, will chair the panel on «Administrative Completion of Undetermined Concepts and Scope of Jurisdictional Control», on the second day.
On the same day, Pedro Fernández Sánchez, a partner in SÉRVULO’s Public Law department and Professor at the Faculty of Law, will be a member of the panel on “Contours of Judicial Activism in the Light of the Separation of Powers in the 1976 Constitution”.
