1st National Convention on Public Acquisitions

The 1st National Convention on Public Acquisitions took place on 1 July. The event was organised by the National Agency for Public Acquisitions (Agência Nacional de Compras Públicas - ANCP, EPE), and it was held at the Lisbon Congress Centre (Centro de Congressos de Lisboa). João Amaral e Almeida was one of the invited speakers, namely on the subject “Reflections on the shape of framework agreements and on their current application”.

Approximately 1,200 people attended the event, including representatives of various awarding bodies, at national and local government level.
