1st Congress on Labour Law in Public Functions

On 3 and 4 April, the 1st Congress on Labour Law in Public Functions will take place, an initiative that aims to reflect on the most relevant issues in the field of employment in public functions, under the coordination of Luís Gonçalves da Silva and Cláudia Madaleno.

Rita Canas da Silva, head partner of SÉRVULO's Employment Law department and Professor at the Lisbon School of Law of the Catholic University, will be speaking on April 3 on ‘Transfer of the establishment’.
