Inês Pereira Lopes, advogada da SÉRVULO, e Jeremy Julian Sarkin são os autores do artigo «Understanding the Special Jurisdiction for Peace’s mixed approach (using both retributive and restorative justice) to deal with international crimes», publicado em outubro de 2023, na Contemporary Justice Review.

Os autores analisam o sistema transitional misto que serve de base ao processo de transição para a paz da Colômbia, combinando a justiça retributiva com práticas e penas restaurativas, na perspetiva do Direito Penal Internacional e com vista a contribuir para uma melhor implementação prática dos sistemas de transição.
