The new public-private partnership regime

Decree-Law n.111, of 23 May, 2012, introduced important amendments to the legal regime applicable to the preparation, launch, execution and amendment of public-private partnerships (PPPs) at a state level, and it initiates the creation of the Technical Unit for Project Tracking.
