The ICLG – Competition Litigation 2023 is now online and available to read (free access in the link below). The Portuguese chapter was written by Mafalda Ferreira Santos and Alberto Saavedra, respectively, SÉRVULO’s Litigation and Competition partners, together with Nuno Temudo Vieira, associate at the Litigation department of the firm.

This edition covers common issues in competition litigation law and regulations in Portugal, including interim remedies, final remedies, evidence, justification/defences, timing, settlement, costs, appeal, leniency and anticipated reforms.
