Sérvulo sponsors first graduate course on Law Enforcement and Compliance

SÉRVULO sponsors the first graduate course on Law Enforcement, Compliance and Criminal Law in Banking, Financial and Economic Activities, organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and by the Research Centre for Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (CIDPCC - Centro de Investigação em Direito Penal e Ciências Criminais), and which starts on November 16.
Amongst its lecturers the course will include SÉRVULO lawyers Manuel Magalhães, partner of the Financial and Governance and Environmental, Urban Planning and Real Estate departments, José Lobo Moutinho, partner of the Litigation and Arbitration and Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance departments, and Francisco Mendes Correia, associate of the Financial and Governance department.
