SÉRVULO PUBLICATIONS 2021

All over the world, the legalization of cannabis in its various forms, whether recreational, medicinal or industrial, takes diverse positions in different jurisdictions.  The international legal network Legalink of which SÉRVULO is a member, produced the publication "Cannabis Regulation and Cannabis Derived Products", which brings together the different positions adopted in various countries.

In the chapter dedicated to Portugal, Ana Rita Paínho and Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, partners in SÉRVULO's Life Sciences practice area, present the Portuguese legislative reality on the matter.
