Rita Canas da Silva and Inês Palma Ramalho postgraduate lecturers on business law

SÉRVULO’s partners, Rita Canas da Silva and Inês Palma Ramalho, will lecture on Business Law in a post-graduate course of CIDP, the Research Centre for Private Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon.

The course, coordinated by Professors Rosário Palma Ramalho and Isabel Vieira Borges, will take place online, between November 3 and April 13, and is aimed at graduates in Law, Economics or Management, business people and other professionals in the area of business management.

Rita Canas da Silva will lecture the session on “Situations of Business Crisis and Lay-offs” and Inês Palma Ramalho will lecture on “Insolvency Process: Main Issues and Alternatives to Insolvency: The Extrajudicial Recovery of the Company”.
