The first newsletter of 2020 brings, as a prominent article, the theme of Directive no. 2019/1937 in which it is questioned whether we are moving towards the European whistle-blowing measure, followed by an article on the duties of information on sustainability within the scope of financial services and an assessment of the tax burden on real state property foreseen in the State Budget. Real estate is also highlighted in the fourth article, this time to analyse the Real Right of Long-term Housing. In the area of corporate law, the fifth article deals with the decision of case law nr. 6/2019 and the sixth, the issue of video surveillance and artificial intelligence after the CNPD's rejection of its use in the cities of Portimão and Leiria. The seventh and last article discusses the management of availability of medicines in relation to INFARMED's decision 93/CD/2019.
