Recently published by Almedina, the collective work "MiCA - Estudos sobre a Nova Regulação Europeia de Criptoativos" features three articles by SÉRVULO lawyers. The first, Requirements for issuers of Asset-Referenced Tokens and the authorisation process, is authored by Verónica Fernández, Guilherme Ribeiro Martins and Catarina Mira Lança; the second, Asset Referenced Tokens (ARTs) and Electronic Money Tokens (EMTs): recovery plans and redemption plans; some questions on the liquidation of issuers, is authored by Mafalda Ferreira Santos, Francisco Boavida Salavessa, Nuno Temudo Vieira and José Eduardo Oliveira; and the third and final one, entitled The powers of national supervisory authorities: general considerations, is authored by Miguel Santos Almeida and Andreea Babicean.
The book, organised by João Vieira dos Santos, João Luz Soares, Martinho Lucas Pires and Guilherme Maia, aims to systematise the contribution of several specialists who have dedicated themselves on reflecting on opportunities and challenges of the cryptoassets market.
