Chambers & Partners, the prestigious international directory which publishes annual rankings of the best law firms in the world, also promotes the publication of practice guides in a comparative perspective. Mafalda Ferreira Santos and Margarida Sepúlveda Teixeira, respectively partner and associate in SÉRVULO's Litigation department, contributed to the Portuguese chapter of the Chambers Global Practice Guide Enforcement of Judgments 2022.

In said chapter, the authors address, among other topics, the recognition and enforceability of foreign judgements (civil and commercial matters) in the light of the rules of the European Union and of International treaties and conventions, including a special remark to the new condition of the United Kingdom post-Brexit. They also comment on relevant issues regarding the latest legislative reforms and the general panorama of the Portuguese judicial system with regard to enforcement proceedings.
