INSIDE 02 | Age Diversity: A Business Perspective

The second edition of INSIDE, promoted by the Labour Department, focuses on the theme of Age Diversity. Like the first INSIDE, the magazine is born from the Seminar on this same theme, organized by the firm in March of this year, with the purpose of creating awareness in the organizations to the advantages deriving from the observance of the best practices in the matter of generational diversity.

The publication has articles by Rita Canas da Silva, Magda Sousa Gomes and Paulo Câmara, respectively lawyers responsible for the Labour Department and Managing Partner of SÉRVULO, as well as texts by guest speakers, Alexandre Soares dos Santos, Tatiana Marques, David Patient, Sara Ramos and Catarina Marcelino.
