Rui Cardona Ferreira and Vasco Freitas da Costa, of Sérvulo's Public Law department, co-author this article (in Portuguese) on the governance of the regulator of the insurance and pension funds (sub)sector. The article is part of the collective work O Governo da Administração Pública (Public Administration Governance), which is already the fifth publication of the legal research group Governance Lab, and it analyses the institutional profile and the powers of the Portuguese Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority (ISP - Instituto de Seguros de Portugal) as well as the transparency guarantees and control mechanisms to which its activity is subject.
