Fundamental Questions on the Application of the CPA

José Duarte Coimbra, trainee lawyer at SÉRVULO in the Public Law department, has co-authored, together with three other lecturers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, a book on the fundamental questions regarding the application of the Administrative Procudure Code (Questões Fundamentais para a Aplicação do CPA).

The book is organised in 125 questions and it has as its objective answering some of the more difficult and sensitive issues arising at the moment of interpreting the provisions and applying the norms of the Administrative Procedure Code, bill that was published about a year ago and which is beginning to have its effect on the lives of those agents and citizens who have contact with Administrative Law and with the Public Administration.
