SÉRVULO launches the first booklet of the collection "Cadernos Sérvulo" of 2018, entitled Regime of Appeal of Arbitral Decisions in the Revised Public Contracts Code - A Constitutional Reflection, written by Rui Medeiros. This text proposes a constitutional reflection on the issue raised by the revision of the Public Contracts Code regarding the alteration of the appeals system of arbitral decisions in pre-contractual disputes and in contractual arbitrations, namely, with regard to the solution established in the new Article 476 of the Public Contracts Code which, according to Rui Medeiros, raises many questions.
