10th Postgraduate Course in Corporate Governance

On 27 February, Paulo Câmara, a partner in SÉRVULO's Finance and Governance department, will speak on the subject of ‘Governance of Financial Institutions’ at the Postgraduate Course in Corporate Governance. 

The Postgraduate Course in Corporate Governance is organized by the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, under the Scientific Coordination of Professors António Menezes Cordeiro, Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira and Madalena Perestrelo de Oliveira. Its objective is the theoretical and practical development of the construction of governance in the light of different corporate structures, the role of the administration and supervision of companies, as well as from the perspective of the shareholders, investors and stakeholders who participate in them.
